Jilles Groskamp And Team Shepherd Extend Deal

Team Shepherd are happy to announce that they could extend the contract with world-class driver Jilles Groskamp for two years. The top-qualifier of the last 1:10 200mm Nitro World Championship will continue to race the Velox V8 in 1:8 scale and the Velox V10 in nitro touring car. Jilles had the following to say:

“Signing an additional two year contract is really a step forward in our close relationship and will bring both parties close together testing and improving Shepherd products. I’m really looking forward for the upcoming events such as Worlds warm-up, Worlds and Euros. Much additional tests here in Thailand can help a lot as we will face the same hot conditions as there will be in Houston during the World Champs.”
