JC's New Items Announced

The guys at JConcepts in Florida, USA have sent through details about their latest product releases that cover a multitude of applications. First up is a new firmer and more durable insert for 1:10 off-road competition called Profiled. These are available in three widths, are ultra durable and water resistant whilst their dark blue colour makes for easy identification.

Next is a new Short Course front tyre for 2WD models which JC has come up with to make them easier to drive. Called Carvers, they are a directional ribbed front tyre for a less aggressive and more predictable front end and come in Soft (Blue), Super Soft (Green) and Indoor Soft (Gold) compounds and include a firm profiled “closed cell” inserts.

Owners of the Associated range of 1:10 off-road models can now take advantage of these 8/32” locking wheel nuts. They are precision CNC machined with a flanged and knurled face for a secure and strong fixing. They come in either blue or black and fit the Associated B4.1, T4.1, B44.1 and SC10.

Clothing is next on the list and looking good and keeping warm is the name of the game with the new JConcepts Beanie. Manufactured in a durable material with an embroidered logo, this beanie has a low profile fit. Also there is a T-shirt for 2011 that uses a combination of the familiar JConcepts bull horn splatter graphic on black material. Whilst the beanie is a one-size-fits-all, the T-shirt comes in a range of sizes and is made from a heavy-duty 50/50 cotton/polyester blend.

Finally, there is a new tyre mounting bands kit that includes a total of eight - four narrow and four wide that are enough to be used on 1:10 and 1:8 scale vehicles.
