LRP and Guschl Win at Leipzig
At his first official race for the LRP team, young driver and former German 1:8 off-road Champion Philipp Guschl impressed everyone with his performance at the international Trade Fair Cup held at the model-hobby-spiel fair in Leipzig, Germany. LRP’s latest addition Philipp raced his LRP S8 BXR Evo to the win beating many of the European elite including Sweden’s Mikael Palsson and David Ronnefalk, as well as Tim Bremicker and Oliver Simon.
In the final, Philipp pressurised David Ronnefalk and took the advantage when the latter made a mistake on lap 28. Philipp grabbed the opportunity and was able to push with the rest of the field unable to challenge. After half an hour of intense racing, the LRP driver raced to an impressive victory with more than one lap on Mikael Palsson and the rest of the field.
