Dobetsberger Wins for Nosram at Oberösterreich Cup

Nosram driver Christoph Dobetsberger dominated the third round of the Oberösterreich Cup - a prestigious and highly competitive race series in northern Austria. The third round of the 2011 edition was hosted by the MSC Osterhofen club and some 51 drivers had registered for 1:8 buggy and 20 in truggy. In the semi finals, Christoph Dobetsberger started from the first place in both the buggy and truggy class. Christoph fought hard to conquer the TQ position for the finals. The 30 minute truggy final proved to be a one man show. Powered by a Nosram RS.21 RR nitro race engine, Christoph outperformed his competitors and led from start to finish putting two laps on the rest of the field.
The 30 minute buggy final saw Christoph defended the lead against Florian Schrenk and Luca Steinbauer. Some small mistakes forced the Christoph to let Luca overtake him and after a tough race, Christoph finished second.
