CometRC Driver Marcus Askell Secures Team Magic Factory Support

Following team driver Marcus Askell's success with CometRC, he has now secured full factory backing from Team Magic for the forthcoming season. Marcus had this to say on his new deal:

“I am very pleased to announce that Team Magic will be backing me with full factory support for the 2010 season. This announcement comes after some negotiations following our success at the Winter Thrashnals Championship. We have set the marker high as I will be competing in all of the BRCA National Electric Touring Car Championship races in the Modified Class as well as a whole host of top level events including the Union Square GP in mid April. I’m really looking forward to this year and excited about the opportunity which Team Magic have given me. I’m confident that together we can build on an already successful start to the year. Lots of updates will be posted on the website as the year progresses so keep an eye on the action. If you see me at any of the races please don’t hesitate to come and say hi.
