Mikael Fransson Rejoins Serpent for Nitro and Electric
On-road racer Mikael Franssson will be returning to the Serpent team where he will compete in both electric and nitro competition. Over the winter, Michael will compete in many 1:12 scale races with the Serpent S120 Link then when spring arrives, he will be racing the Serpent 733 and 966 nitro cars where he will compete in the Swedish Championship, the Nordic Cup and the EFRA European Championship for both 1:10 and 1:8 nitro. Mikael had this to say about the situation. ”I'm really glad and thankful for the opportunity to join team Serpent again. After driving a different brand for a couple of years I'm now back where it all started. I've had great success and good memories from the previous years with Serpent and I'm really looking forward to work with the team again, both national and international. The Swedish national team, supported by Hobbyprodukter, had a great 2010 season and it will fun to be part of it and try to make it an even better 2011. Me and my father will do our very best to achieve as good results as possible, both for the team and ourselves, and we can't wait to start testing the new cars.”
