Five Serpent 966 In The Final At BRCA Round 1

Last weekend was the first round of the 1:8 on-road season at Mendip Model raceway. 63 drivers attended the weekend, great start to the new season.

Serpent drivers took advantage of the Tech Talk given by Mark Green on the Saturday to give tips and get cars dialled in for the Sunday Race. Mark Green set the pace with TQ and following up with a convincing win.

Most impressive driver of the weekend was Jason Frost who joined Team Serpent UK this year, problems in qualifying set him 9th in the A. At the end of the 30min final Jason cut through the field to claim 3rd. Five Serpent 966 cars started the Main final.
