Associated Wins Every Major Class At Motorama
The Motorama event is hosted at the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex and is an all-inclusive indoor motorsports show that includes a wide variety of events including arenacross, karting, sprint cars, car shows and much more. Team Associated drivers Ryan Maifield, Ryan Cavalieri and Brent Thielke dominated the event taking home all six major championships in the nitro off-road and electric off-road events. The nitro event was organised by Scotty Ernst Productions and took place in the huge Equine arena on a track almost 200x100-feet in size with over 300 entries. The temporary racing surface deteriorated over the course of the three-day event and by the start of the finals, was as rough as any RC track. Team Associated/Reedy’s Ryan Maifield showed he’s got his RC8T CE truggy and RC8B buggy dialled in for 2011 by winning both classes by over a lap.
