GV Hunter RTR - The Hunter is a factory assembled nitro-powered 1:8 RTR 4WD buggy that as the name suggests, comes complete with Force 25-ABC engine, painted body and GV radio. Based on a 3mm aluminium chassis, the Hunter follows the proven layout of rallycross buggies with the option to go even faster with a two-speed gearbox that's available separately. Aimed at the newcomer, the Hunter ticks all the boxes to get you up and running and an attractive price so we handed the review model over to one of our nitro off-road specialists for his analysis.

ParkZone Ember - If you are a regular indoor racer or have access to a suitably large sports hall, then the ParkZone Ember RTF plane could be the perfect distraction for when you have some downtime. It can be in the air in minutes and with a little practice, you can be enjoying the virtues of flying. This is a cracking little indoor flyer as we found out.

BRCA 1:10 Off-Road - Talywain hosted the third round of this year's National series and it was off to Wales. With defending and former champions Darren Bloomfield and Neil Cragg returning to do battle, there was always going to be fireworks. But no one was ready for the stunning performance put in by one of the UK's most talented drivers...

Novak Brushless Conversion - Here at Racer we have been eagerly awaiting the release of Novak's brushless conversion kits for the majority of the current crop of rallycross buggies. Novak kindly sent us the package to suit a HoBao Hyper 8 and we have equipped our example with some extras from Upgrade, Pro-Line and Venom. To find out how the electric example goes, don't miss our October issue of the magazine.

Losi Raminator - Losi's popular range of LST-derived nitro monster trucks has established itself over the last five years and has kept the truck as one of our favourites with on going development and updates. The latest version of the LST is the Raminator. Dressed up in a Dodge bodyshell, the look is based upon the 2007 MTRA champion Raminator full-size monster truck. With many years of experience with the LST platform and general nitro truck knowledge, we asked monster-truck-mad Ade Pitman to give his opinion on the Raminator and test it to the limit.

Also Featuring - The latest RC news from around the world, the most up-to-date kits, hop-ups and spares available, as well as race reports from around the country.

Although we try hard to ensure that these items will appear in the next issue,
