Super Production Cup 2011 Kicks Off at the Weekend

This weekend the Super Production Cup starts at Ardent Raceway and the first of seven double header meetings in the series. The SPC is designed for 1:10 electric club racers looking for fun, low cost, friendly, well organised, casual but close competitive racing. The format for 2012 now includes five racing classes covering 2WD Mini, F1 Rubber Tyres, F1 Foam tyres, 4WD Touring Car 13.5T Touring car in Pro and Pro-Am classes. This allows chassis from the majority of manufacturers, but the rules level performance through control tyres, motors and weight restriction depending on the class. As in 2010, there will be prize winners in each class, and kit raffle prizes for regular competitors.

Round 3 & 4: 29 May – Adur, Shoreham-by-Sea (West Sussex)
Round 5 & 6: 26 June – Yateley (Hampshire)
Round 7 & 8: 10 July – Broxtowe, Eastwood (Nottinghamshire)
Round 9 & 10: 7 August – Colchester, Feering (Essex)
Round 11 & 12: 11 September – Cotswolds, Kemble (Gloucestershire)
Round 13 & 14: 16 October – Moto Arena, Silverstone (Northants)
