4wd-top-threeThe Maritime Off-Road Wars 2013 continued on Sunday with the 4WD event. The track remained the same as the 2WD event, with the wall ride at the end of the straight now needing real commitment for fast times. It was Jörn Neumann with his Durango who took pole position having dominated qualifying. Darren Bloomfield was second on the grid for TLR and Lee Martin in third for Tamiya.
The finals were a one man show with Jörn taking all three legs comfortably to retain his 4WD title. With Darren suffering mechanical woes, Lee capitalised to take second place on count back from Craig Collinson who finished on the podium in third place after some great finals.
