HNMC had carried out a lot of work on the track so it was in top condition for this event. Some 65 racers made the trip and the weather was fantastic. Nitro buggy qualifying went to Janos Nagy closely followed by Tom Saggers. Phil Saggers took TQ in truggy with Bart Banach fastest in E-buggy. The D final in buggy was won by Alex Steele from Nigel Morris and William Ridgeley. Dave Engwell won the C final from Max Ali and William Ridgeley. The B final saw a win for Richard Cousins with Nino Athanasiou second and Christopher Delves third. Tom Saggers went one better in the A final as he took the win from Darren Warburton and HNMC’s own Jim Thompson third.

In E-buggy, Bart Banach took first place from Patrick Honnor second and Mathew With third. In the final of truggy, Colin Drummond took a comfortable win ahead of Kyle Hill with Michael Saggers in third.
