Serpent has announced that they have signed Jörn Neumann to their off-road team; a driver considered one of the worlds fastest in 1:10 and 1:8 off-road. Serpent and Jörn have entered a long-term commitment, which includes racing, testing and commercial work.
In 1:10-scale Jörn will race the Spyder range of cars 2WD, 4WD, short course and truck. In 1:8-scale it will be the Cobra line in buggy and truggy, both electric and nitro. Every now and then he will drive 1:12-scale with the latest S120.
He will compete at all main events in Germany, USA and around the world, supporting the Serpent drivers together with Hupo Hönigl, Gerd Strenge, Billy Easton and Viktor Wilck. Gerd will continue as his mechanic and race engineer.
Jörn’s high level of racing and experience will be beneficial to all Serpent drivers, as the racing info and set-ups will be shared through the Serpent website and social media.
